Shipping Policy Throughout Ukraine

Delivery Methods
We deliver throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
You can choose the most convenient delivery option:

  • Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch

  • Courier delivery to your address

Delivery Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment.

  • Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta’s current rates and is paid by the customer upon receipt.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN), which can be used to track your parcel on novaposhta.ua or in the Nova Poshta mobile app.

Receiving Your Order

  • Upon receiving the order at the branch or from the courier, please check the packaging and product condition.

  • If there is any damage or discrepancy, please fill out a report with the Nova Poshta representative and contact our support team.

Important Information

  • Orders not collected within 5 business days from arrival at the branch will be automatically returned to the sender.

  • Reshipping is possible upon prior agreement and at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping Policy (Nova Poshta Global)

We ship worldwide via Nova Poshta Global to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.

We currently ship to the following countries (among others):

  • European Union (Germany, Poland, France, Spain, etc.)

  • United Kingdom

  • United States & Canada

  • Israel, Turkey, Georgia, Moldova

  • Other countries — available upon request

Delivery Time

  • Europe: 5–8 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Other regions: 7–14 business days

Customs & Import Duties

  • All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price.

  • These charges are determined by the customs office in your country and must be paid upon delivery, if applicable.

Important Information

  • We do not ship to countries under embargo or where international shipping is currently suspended.

  • If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address, all associated costs (including return shipping and customs fees) will be deducted from any applicable refund.
